Comments

There is no reference to the West 1/4 corner of Section 14-37-29 in the field notes, only a calculated bearing and distance for the west line as shown on Page 19 (Page 21 of 66 of the field notes PDF). They do refer to a 1917 survey by Kimmel and Richards which should be examined prior to doing a single proration to establish it. It may have been set in a prior survey of Section 14 or 15 which had no bearing (no pun intended) on this survey of the lakes and therefore was not looked for.
